RETURNS / EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the fact that our shirts are made-to-order, returns and exchanges will only be accommodated if issues arise due to OUR fault or error.

This includes but not limited to:

  • Damaged goods
  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size received

 

Please note that as a print-on-demand business, we do not maintain any inventory, which means we are unable to facilitate exchanges for orders placed with incorrect sizing. We kindly request that you refer to the size chart provided here before placing your order to ensure accurate sizing selection.

STEPS TO COMPLETING YOUR EXCHANGE

  1. Purchase (1) exchange per item
  2. Ship all items to:

    (Must be unworn and in original packages it came with)

  3. Email us at: contact@artsensei.com with tracking number and the correct sizes of replacement.
